something to brighten up your gloomy 4am nights amidst the 1500 and 2000 word essay carnage.
and on that note, I did surprisingly well for a essay that was literally forcing the blood out from my veins and worse than a throny constipation run yo. But i am still seriously considering a change in major.

My name is Jonathan B, a current Year 1 student at NUS.
On 8th Oct 2009 at about 3.30pm I went to Loans Counter 4 which was manned by a certain grey haired male whom I vaguely remembered as Mr Chang from his name tag. Throughout my experience with him, he exhibited a very appalling lack of grace and courtesy and shocking lack of professionalism, responding to my question with an arbitary answer that was conveniently printed on a piece of paper (which appeared to be prepared beforehand) and shoved to me. There was never an offer for assistance and I had to firmly tell him off that 'it would be nice if you could be more
helpful'. He then asked me which librarian told me to seek help from him, after which he challenged me to accompany him to confront to aforementioned concerned librarian.
Seeing that there was no other viable alternative, I went with 'Mr Chang' to the main counter beside the main glass door on Level 4. I was not able to get the name of the lady on duty at level 4, but 'Mr Chang's shocking and patronising attitude extended even to his colleagues as he started to converse and deride the lady on duty.
I was left dumbfounded without any help nor assistance from 'Mr Chang' and would like to express my deepest regret to the bad experience this afternoon. No one is forcing 'Mr Chang' to take up the job of a librarian and it is absolutely appalling to have a person like 'Mr Chang' to scandalize and taint the extremely good service that i have had with NUS librarians so far.
I fully support any disciplinary action that the university may be considering with regards to his work attitude so far.
