the decision is coming soon. here i am at (nearly) the grand age of 22 and finally making the [b]choice[/b]. so much money is at stake and even my future career could be determined. doors may slam shut and never open again. could the future lie in ntu / nus / university of (?).

i'm really bewildered that i pushing close to 22. i know of a former classmate who's graduating soon. meanwhile yours truly hasn't even chosen his school. i'm not going to go on a rampage of ns whining and army bashing anymore cos i've finally outgrown that. i've also learnt to be grateful for what i have. i'm not a religious person but hey i truly feel thankful to god for having what i have. a family free from illness and disease and a life that's been relatively good to me. i may have spent 2004 stoning and essentially being a bum but hey without that, i wouldn't have realized my bizarre talent at writing junk on exam papers and getting credited for it. sure beats the torturous numbers and alien einstein figures that plagued me for that whole year. once again i must've learnt all that from those nights doing guard duty through the night. you could throw down your bags and swear at the universe for 'doing this to you' or you could jsut bear with the damn thang and get on with it. the karma police will come around.
