point 1)'s more..let's say not so rosy and nice so let's talk abt pleasant and beautiful stuff first =)
cousin andrew's getting hitched!! w0oo. that guy who get's girls in his neighbourhood (his neighbour was even my tuition classmate once) all hot and puffed up. darrnn some guys get all the luck. ha. WHY WASN'T I NAMED ANDREW!! anyway, they had the tea ceremony with all the big shot 'kah kia' at their place this morn, so i wasn't there. Came for the reception at oak's cafe (how perculiar to have the tea ceremony and reception at totally diff locations so damn far apart). It was jam packed lah. and Nathan even came. heheh. The President came for my cousin's wedding reception. =) the bride's relative(or some link here link there relation/friend) is a close buddy of nathan. well. cool. i wasn't there when nathan came tho, but i heard he stayed for a minute 5mins. hawhaw. maybe he juz walked over from the istana to make-us-happy and walked back. the food wasn't ur usual chicken wing/bee hoon ritual though. It was cafe stuff but not that great either.

I dun get what the f-ing deal is about sarong party girl anway. and before u start launching rumours and slandering my glorious name and image (ha) , me not being impressed by SPG has nothing to do with my sexuality nor do i have any inclinations to homosexual ideals.

SPG juz wrote abt her nocturnal activities (as bernard tan wld call it) and escapades with various men. so bloody what. you wanna get turned on by sex stories, visit your friendly neighbourhood library. PAP want you to read more, you know. But it seems that her flashing her :) attracts like almost 95% of ppl going there after this big hype abt it? seriously when i first/read heard abt SPG, it's the pix that everybody talked abt. Who cares abt her amusing detailed accounts of what she did, a picture speaks a thousand words :) so damn sad lah. a girl flashes her :) on the net and everybody rushes there (including the press) like sick cheekos.
What if a guy did exactly the same thing? Flashing Mr Fireman? he'll bloody get arrested the next day!! seriously society is so damn sad lah. the notion of sex sells is morally incorrect but true. the papers splash it on the front pages- girl posts nude pics online! freakin hell. these papers get money from creating such mini-disasters you know. the more girl posts nude pics online! stories, the better. more asses led by the nose (Shakespeare did write that.), more money made. (advertising revenue, collection fees etc.) Honestly i'm starting to think that TODAY is the only responsible newspaper publisher around now. Even ST is starting to use such like asses led by the nose tactics to gain readership. TODAY publishes letters written by normal, ordinary and sane people. what to do. sensationalizing stories sells.

my blog has finally been reincarnated. =) say yay! on a lighter note; seriously, if you have friends who hardly update theirs it inadvertedly passes on to you like the plague. my last REAL post was i think.. in april? and that was more of a bitching post. anyway if u're familiar with the way i write then it would have come to your mind that all my entries are more-or-less a bitching festival on what i dislike. So today for this post, i'm gonna nuke a "friend" of mine (: heh.

kenny's your typical geek. ok that sounds nasty. kenny's ur typical guy who's never been in love before. So when he found himself a girlfriend, he became elated and beaming over the moon ala happytreefriends style. The sad fact is, for the girl, it's not her first time. I have long advocated this.. it's kinda sad when one party actually has some kind of 'advantage' over the other cos it like she's been through it already and she's likely to know what to expect next from the guy. A relationship shouldn't be like some crazed nuclear arms race betweeen warring superpowers no?

So when one day i saw him clinging like a pathetic organism to her usual clique it suddenly appeared to me.. He may like her alot and treat her like what.. His saving grace? His pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? But she's not treating him in the same way. Like for instance he always goes outta his way to get close to her but i have never seen her going out of her trouble to do stuff for him. Like for instance they always sit together lah. But there was once when there weren't enough seats and her girl gang already took up all the chairs available. Poor kenny had to sit alone by himself in Alaska. The girl didn't even get out of her girl gang to sit with him. WTH. if i were him and she did that to me, i'll seriously consider from then on why the hell am i falling for a girl like her. It really pisses me when people don't show respect for others. I mean it's damn sad lah. So Kenny may be suffering from puppy love euphoria but it's bloody not working on the girl. He's super hyped up and happy while she's 'hoo hum ladeedar'. another point is in their friendster pages. Yes that controversial thing on the internet that has been degraded to the same level as the handphone. Her page is filled with testimonials from kenny saying mushy stuff which totally grosses me out to reproduce here. But for him? Bloody hell nothing! not a single freakin testi from her!! His status is put as "married". hahaha huuurrrr. It really chuckles me up when people put this as their status. MARRIED AT what.. 17?!? This isn't 18th or 19th century where you get married at that age and you have no darn idea who you're gonna get married to. sad sad sad. it shows how hyper he is about the r/s when he puts it as 'married'. for her? "single".

Makes you think twice. Seriously i dunno how long it's gonna last. Taufik came to srjc to be with his then galfren. and he's no 17,18 pointer. i reckon he cud be in ny, tp or even sa. This year, the r/s ended. this comes to point no.2. Don't get someone from the same school/someone you're gonna see darn often. Sort of derived from the -don't get into relationships in the office- mantra.

To break such uneasy and uncomfortable sombre mood:

Classmate A: Are you coming for [insert event here] after Lit Common Test on sat?
Classmate B: I can't. I'm not sitting for the test.
Classmate A: Lol. Wow so you're standing up for 3hrs to do the test?

i'm back frm pre-u sen =) it was great!
altho the 1st and mabbe 2nd day was hard to get thru (ntu hostel really sucks lah) everything seemed to juz be over in a flash after wed..
seminar nite (thur) was totally sad..everyone started dripping to tears after the farewell ceremony all that.. ): i hope tt wun be like the last time i see all of us together..
