did you watch American Idol 3 yesturday?
it was darn funny =P and i gotta say that i was never a fan of AM 1 or 2.
some of the people simply sound terrifying. i can't imagine sitting right infront of them and controlling my lungs and holding my breath. the judge simon cracks hell good jokes too. 'if you sang like this in a karaoke louge they'll turn off the power'
'you just did the impossible; making a good song sound bad.'

Special mention goes to William Hung. The 'interesting' looking guy studying mech. engineering. for his version of "She Bangs".

i admit. i am evil.
i delete people whom i hardly know on friendster and some others whom hardly contact me.
my ultimate aim and goal is to have my list controlled under 50.
hell i do not want to have 300+ names on my list when i hardly know a sh*t about a quater of them.

hallo!
ich bin jetzt in Singapur.

It was a long, heavy throbbing and tiring way back from Mannheim->Frankfurt->Bangkok->Brunei Darussalam->Singapore. Had to take 2 flights because Royal Brunei only lands in Brunei, not Singapore.

Was on the train from Mannheim to Frankfurt and realized how quickly time passes by (if you make use of it). A few weeks ago i was counting the number of days left in Germany, eg 19,18,17 days. Then i decided, hey, why not enjoy the last few days here? We held a final gathering at our apartment with the koreans and our singaporean friends in mannheim and in a blink it was time to go, 21st Jan had arrived.

It feels weird coming back after staying abroad for so long. I still have this feeling that i have to wear 2 layers of clothes (temp is abt 15deg indoors) and walk around in socks due to the icy cold floor. Could be just another case of Reality Bites. Afterall, my 2 mth holiday HAS ended.

Hell yeah, i will miss all those ppl i met in Germany.. the korean community, the turks living there and pherhaps my brother too. Back to the days of being virtually the only child at home again. Yup, i do really miss all of them.

Staying in Germany may have cost mucho mullah (euros!) but heck, it was money well spent.
A memorable and eye-opening 2 month experience indeed. Something i will definately remember for a long time to come.
